Yes, you must be 21 or over to come aboard! Have your ID prepared as we will be checking them at the door. This does not pertain to chartered trips. If you charter the cruise for a private event all ages are welcome.

Check in is always 30 minutes prior to departure time. This is also conveniently when drinks start being poured!

To put it simply, chartering a trip just means you are renting the boat for you and up to 99 of your friends! Private charters are available for any of our regularly slotted trips. No need to worry, our main vessel, The Freedom, is designed to sail rain or shine. The Freedom is like being inside a floating catering hall and is designed to be unaffected by the weather. The Freedom is a unique boat that is designed with fin stabilizers specifically to be comfortable in all kinds of weather conditions and is fully climate-controlled for all year-round parties and events.

We sail in the ocean on calm days but if the captain determines the ocean is even slightly choppy we will instead sail through the calm and sheltered Montauk harbor waters.

*Easy Breeze Cruises does not keep a supply of dramamine or any equivalent nausea medication. If you are someone prone to seasickness please come prepared with your preferred medication.

All ticket sales are final. This includes chartered trips. However, we will allow you to reschedule for a later date or time if notice is given two hours prior to check in for individual tickets, and 48 hours prior for full chartered trips, no questions asked.

*In the extremely unlikely case that we have to cancel your trip a full refund will be given.
